If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following information:

- Contact Number
- Product Name for Return
- Reason for Return and Photos
Once we receive your information, our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.

- Send the product to the return address we provide.
- Once the returned product is received, we will arrange to ship the replacement item on the next available shipping date or process the refund.
Refund Information
- For Credit Card Payments: After the return is confirmed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card used for payment.
- For Cash on Delivery Payments: After the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
