Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy
If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item and provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Contact Number
  • Product Name for Return
  • Reason for Return and Photos

Once we receive your information, our customer service team will assist you with the return or exchange process.


Return and Exchange Process

  2. Confirm eligibility for return/exchange.
  3. Ensure the product is properly packaged.
  4. Send the product to the return address we provide.
  5. Once the returned product is received, we will arrange to ship the replacement item on the next available shipping date or process the refund.

Refund Information

  • For Credit Card Payments: After the return is confirmed, the amount will be refunded directly to the original credit card used for payment.
  • For Cash on Delivery Payments: After the return is confirmed, the refund will be transferred to the bank account you provide.
