[Important Notes]
Larger plants are shipped bare-root (out of the pot); smaller plants are shipped in their pots.
Due to time delays, slight differences may occur between what you see and what you receive. We guarantee only healthy plants will be shipped. Please only place orders if this is acceptable.

[Shipping Schedule]
- We ship every Monday to Wednesday. Orders are processed and dispatched as soon as payment is completed.
- If holding your order after purchase, please complete payment within 2 weeks. For special arrangements, please contact our team directly via DM.

[Local Pickup]
- Pickup must be made within 2 weeks. If not possible, please select shipping instead.
- Pickup Address: No. 114–112, Beishi Rd., Xinhua District, Tainan City (Search "The 12th Oasis" on Google Maps)
- Pickup Hours: Thursdays 1:00–5:00 PM / Sundays 1:00–5:00 PM
